Terms and Conditions for Anatomy Academy, Bump to Baby Course, The Spinal Code, and Anatomy Teaser Workshop

1. Scope of Information

All materials, discussions, and content shared during the Anatomy Academy, Bump to Baby Course, The Spinal Code, and Anatomy Teaser Workshop are considered proprietary information and are protected under this policy. This includes, but is not limited to, written materials, presentations, videos, and any other form of communication.

2. Recordings and Use

Recordings of the courses and workshops may only be made upon prior discussion and written agreement. If a recording is provided, it must not be shared beyond the agreed-upon limit, as specified in writing with Kira-Leigh Rule. The information shared during the courses and workshops is intended solely for the personal development and educational purposes of the participants. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of this information is strictly prohibited.

3. Confidentiality

All participants must keep the proprietary information confidential. This includes not disclosing, copying, or using any of the information for any purpose other than personal development and education as outlined in the courses and workshops.

4. Liability Disclaimer

Kira-Leigh Rule and associated entities are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur as a result of applying the information learned in the Anatomy Academy, Bump to Baby Course, The Spinal Code, or Anatomy Teaser Workshop in any studio, practical setting, or with clients.

By purchasing and participating in these courses and workshops, participants agree to revoke any right to hold Kira-Leigh Rule liable for such incidents. Participants and trainers acknowledge that they are responsible for their own actions and the implementation of any information or techniques learned during the courses and workshops with their clients. Any outcomes, including injuries or adverse effects, resulting from the use of this information are the sole responsibility of the participant or trainer.

5. No Refund Policy

There will be no refunds under any conditions once a purchase has been made. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to be 100% sure of any purchase as it will not be refunded or transferred.

6. Access Limitations

Access to the Anatomy Academy, Bump to Baby Course, The Spinal Code, and Anatomy Teaser Workshop is not unlimited.

  • The Spinal Code: Access will begin on 23rd March 2025 and will end on 23rd April 2025. No extensions will be granted beyond this date.
  • Other courses and workshops may be shut down if the business discontinues its offerings.

7. IP Address Policy

Each course access link is only valid for one IP address. Sharing the link and accessing it from multiple IP addresses is strictly prohibited. Any such activity will be monitored and flagged as an illegal offence, and legal action will be taken.

8. Legal Consequences

Any violation of these terms, including but not limited to unauthorised sharing or use of proprietary information, will result in legal action. This includes the use of information discussed or provided during the courses and workshops by any individual or entity without explicit written permission from Kira-Leigh Rule.

9. Agreement

By purchasing and participating in the Anatomy Academy, Bump to Baby Course, The Spinal Code, and Anatomy Teaser Workshop, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Your adherence to these terms is crucial for maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of the proprietary information shared during the courses and workshops.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kira-Leigh Rule operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of this jurisdiction.
